Friends and neighbors learned to drop off their items needing repair and he would work on them there. Lee spent much of his time in his garage where he enjoyed repairing, fabricating and tinkering on all sorts of things. At times, Lee would even identify the source of local power outages and inform the power company so that they could restore service more quickly. Lee also enjoyed working with electricity and had installed service in homes and garages. He was known by many throughout the community for his skills in repairing refrigeration equipment, especially for local commercial businesses. Lee was a dairy, then beef farmer for over 60 years. He is survived by his children: Carl (Dian) Silliman, Alice Silliman, Carol Tuton, Donna (Michael) Young, and Winona (Paul) Beebe as well as four grandchildren: Michael Tuton, Ryan Tuton, Amber Beebe, and Bryon (Aubrey) Beebe and two great grandchildren.
